Returns & Exchanges
LMBR + HIDE will gladly return any undamaged, unused products for full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless agreed upon to credit a different payment type. All bespoke orders, custom engraved items and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We’re only happy if you’re happy, so please contact us with any questions or concerns so we can all be on the same page.
